Franklin - 1 Bedroom

Our one bedroom apartments on Franklin Street are self contained one bedroom apartments in the Adelaide CBD, suited to a solo traveller or a couple who would like a separate bedroom and a proper kitchen rather than a hotel room. The bedroom sits apart from the living area, so you can work at the table or have the television on without giving up a quiet place to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils, there are laundry facilities, and beds are made up with full linen before you arrive.

It is a comfortable base for corporate and relocation stays, because a week in an apartment where you can cook and wash your own clothes is a different experience from a week in a hotel. Nightly rates start from $200 for direct bookings, subject to availability and season, and reduce the longer you stay, so please ask about weekly and monthly rates.
