Franklin - 3 Bedroom

Our three bedroom apartments on Franklin Street are the largest we offer, with three separate bedrooms in one self contained apartment in the Adelaide CBD. They suit a larger family, a group of friends in town for a weekend, or a project team who would like to be under one roof with somewhere to sit together at the end of the day.

The living and dining area gives everyone room to gather, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals, and there are laundry facilities, which matters on a longer stay. Every bed is made up with full linen. Nightly rates start from $350 for direct bookings, subject to availability and season, and the rate reduces on weekly and monthly stays.

The building has a 25 metre heated pool, spa, sauna, gym, golf simulator, cinema and barbecue area. Adelaide Oval is an easy walk, as are the Adelaide Central Market, the Casino, Hindley Street and the Gouger Street restaurants.
